User Data Deletion Instructions

GetClosifi users may request deletion of personal data associated with their account and connected integrations.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@getclosifi.com from the email address associated with your GetClosifi account.
2. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
3. Include your GetClosifi account email and, if relevant, identify the connected Instagram or Meta integration you want removed.
4. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.

What the request covers

After a verified deletion request, GetClosifi will process deletion of personal data and applicable stored integration information associated with the account, subject to information we are required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance purposes.

Disconnecting Meta or Instagram

You may also disconnect supported Meta or Instagram integrations from GetClosifi's integration controls where available. A disconnect stops future processing through that connection but does not by itself replace a request to delete other account data.
