Privacy Policy

How GetClosifi collects, uses, protects, and processes account, lead, messaging, integration, and payment-related information.

Effective date: 19 October 2026

GetClosifi ("GetClosifi", "we", "our", or "us") provides software for lead management, qualification, customer communication workflows, and messaging automation, including integrations with services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and other business tools. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website or use the GetClosifi service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business or workspace information, account credentials, billing profile details, support communications, and configuration preferences.

When you connect a messaging channel or submit leads to GetClosifi, we may process lead and conversation data such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content, source, qualification information, status, notes, timestamps, and other fields supplied by you or the connected service.

2. Webhook and Integration Data

Incoming webhook payloads and integration events may be temporarily received, queued, cached, or logged where necessary to deliver messages, prevent duplicate processing, troubleshoot failures, maintain reliability, or investigate abuse. Temporary operational copies are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to technical, security, legal, and backup requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, operate automations, synchronize integrations, qualify and organize leads, deliver customer support, maintain service reliability, prevent misuse, measure product performance, communicate service notices, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Lead Data Is Not Sold

GetClosifi does not sell, rent, or trade customer lead data, conversation data, or contact lists to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We process such information only to provide the service, follow the customer's configured workflow, meet legal requirements, protect the platform, or use authorized service providers acting on our behalf.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers selected by GetClosifi. We may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, plan, billing contact details, and related reconciliation information from the payment provider. GetClosifi does not store full payment card numbers, CVV values, or UPI PINs. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's own terms and privacy practices.

6. Service Providers and Sub-processors

We may use reputable hosting, database, email, analytics, AI, communications, security, payment, and integration providers to operate GetClosifi. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are subject to their own contractual, security, and legal obligations.

Google API Data and Sharing (Google Sheets Integration)

When a business owner chooses to connect Google Sheets to GetClosifi through Google OAuth, we request their Google account email and Google Sheets access to provide the integration. Depending on the actions the connected user takes, GetClosifi may retrieve spreadsheet identifiers, titles, and selected cell values; read selected rows to import lead details into the owner's GetClosifi workspace; create a new spreadsheet; or write lead records to a spreadsheet the owner chooses using manual export or enabled automatic lead synchronization. We use this information only to operate the Google Sheets integration requested by the connected business owner.

Who receives Google user data: Google account information, spreadsheet data, and related integration data are shared or disclosed only where needed for the features described above: (1) Google, through Google OAuth and the Google Sheets API, to authenticate and perform the requested spreadsheet operations; (2) Supabase, our authentication/database infrastructure provider, to securely store the linked account identifiers, encrypted OAuth tokens, integration settings, and lead records imported by the user; and (3) Vercel, our application hosting and server-function provider, to process authorized integration requests. These providers act as infrastructure or processing services necessary to deliver the integration. We may also disclose information to competent authorities where legally required, or to protect against misuse under applicable law. We do not sell Google user data or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated parties for their own marketing or profiling.

Access, retention, and protection: Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our integration database, and requests are associated with the connected business workspace. Imported lead information is stored in that workspace according to our retention terms above. We retain connection details and imported records only as reasonably necessary to provide the service and satisfy applicable operational or legal obligations, including permitted backup retention. Users can disconnect access through their Google Account's third-party access settings and may request removal of stored integration data by emailing support@getclosifi.com. Disconnecting Google access does not automatically delete leads already imported into the GetClosifi workspace or spreadsheet data previously written to the user's Google account.

AI and advertising limitation: GetClosifi does not use Google Workspace API user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Google user data is not used for targeted advertising, advertising profiles, or sale to third parties.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users remain responsible for protecting their passwords, API keys, connected-account credentials, and authorized devices.

8. Data Retention

Account and workspace information is retained while an account is active and thereafter as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, security, dispute-resolution, tax, accounting, or legal purposes. Lead and messaging data may be deleted or anonymized based on workspace settings, contractual requirements, operational needs, and applicable law.

9. Your Responsibilities and Choices

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis, consent, or authorization to collect and send personal data to GetClosifi and to communicate with their leads through connected channels. Where available, customers may correct or delete information through the product or by contacting us.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

GetClosifi may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, preferences, security, analytics, and core product functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

GetClosifi is intended for business use and is not directed to children. Users must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement for the service.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, law, or our processing practices change. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are published.
